Company Incorporation/Registration
Our fees for incorporation of a Cyprus company are listed below:

Company Maintenance
Our fees for the annual company maintenance and administration are listed below:
Company Secretary (required by law) €300
Registered Office (required by law) €300
Nominee Director –corporate (optional) €350
Nominee Director – physical person (optional) €700

Administration Services
Depends on time we spend on the company’s affairs. The fees are always agreed in advance with the client.

Bookkeeping, Tax and Audit Services
Accounting records must be kept by every company in Cyprus. Also, annual audited financial statements must be submitted to the Inland Revenue and the Registrar of Companies.
Our fees for recording the books are listed below:

Accounting records €800 (for up to 100 transactions per year).
Audited financial statements €800 (for up to 100 transactions per year)
Submitting Tax return €100
Filing of VAT Returns €50 (quarterly return)
Filing of VIES Form €50* (monthly return)
*A VIES form must be filed if the Company is selling to customers based in another EU country.
If volume of work is higher, we can agree on the fees in advance.
